Jun Lozada- ZTE Deal

National broadband network whistleblower Rodolfo Noel ”Jun” Lozada Jr. reiterated his plea for a protection order from the courts yesterday during a hearing into the petition for a writ of amparo sought by his loved ones.

Speaking to newsmen at the end of the two-hour hearing, Lozada said even though he is now under the Senate’s mantle of protection, he believes that there is still a serious threat to his life.

The hearing was for the petition for the writ of amparo and habeas corpus filed by Lozada’s wife Violeta and brother Arthur against President Arroyo and members of her Cabinet and security officials when Lozada’s whereabouts was still unknown last weeky

My opinion:

I think that he is a very courageous man to reveal what really transprired during the NBN-ZTE Deal. I'm starting to believe that some of the pro-government people are now starting to realize the intensity of CORRUPTION in our present government. I just hope that our investigating groups/panels will really focus on this matter and that at the end of this all, the TRUTH prevails.
